Family-run in Louisville

Hi! I'm one of the co-founders of Sabor y Salsa, a modern-meets-traditional Mexican food stall based in Louisville, CO, that is proudly family-run. Before launching this dream, I spent 7 years managing teams at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where I fell in love with the fast-paced, people-first side of the food world.
